Pros

Great benefits. Good medical, dental ppo eligible after 2 years, 401k, HSA/FSA available. Tuition assistance for certain classes through Ben Hudnall.

Cons

Favoritism, minimal to no PTO approved, seniority preference, min of 10 years to get preference. No management appreciation. A lot of employees on disability, while the rest of the herd takes holds down the fort. raises are ok, but not great. you will be doing a two person job for the price of one. Have to really kiss up to management. A lot of politics, a lot of call offs due to nurse burn out; they do not support employees who go to school, at least the dept I worked in.

Pros

Work life balance, pay, benefits, decent training.

Cons

A little bit tough to grow and move up in the company unless you are very senior. Also a lot of outsourcing of jobs but that's pretty common nowadays.
