Pros

Integrated care delivery model is aspirational for many Leading edge on EMR integration, quality care management and coding, etc support Great benefits

Cons

Organizational decision-making extremely top-down and often heavy handed, though this varies somewhat by clinic. In general, even simple or obvious changes that would benefit tend to take a backseat to hitting access metrics even when e.g. substantially understaffed to achieve performance goals.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Great working hours. Management is very fair. The physicians are very pro nurse practitioner. Excellent ancillary staff. Nice patients

Cons

Too many metrics to meet and patient satisfaction scores. Access is always an issue and too many patients with not enough clinic time. The direct booking system for e consults is awful often times patients get r ferried and booked into wrong problem code visit
