      Pros

      1. You get to be involved in some very exciting projects. 2. Great benefits. 3. Great people to work with. 4. Provided the tools and training to get the job done. 5. A very active safety program. 6. A very comprehensive training program for all positions.

      Cons

      1. Long hours and heavy work load. 2. Depending on project it can be difficult to use vacation time. 3. Difficult to get into the employee stock program.

      Pros

      - They give you lots of responsibility from the get-go. Up to you to own it. - Never a dull moment. Rarely will anyone stay in the same job/position for more than 8 months. - Good money and RRSP benefits - You will never get laid off, they`ll send you to other Kiewit jobs if your district has nothing on the go. - Kiewit University for those who stick with it. - You will become extremely competent in very little time.

      Cons

      - Likely you will work between 55 and 65 hours a week. - Incredibly poor staff morale. - The reasons for easy promotion? Very high turnover. - Huge decisions made on a whim at the last second. "You`re moving across the country on Tuesday. Pack your bags"

      Pros

      A fairly safe place to work. A pretty clean work evironment with some good people in the ranks. Good 401K policy.

      Cons

      Working way too much overtime with absolutely no compensation for staff employess. No consideration for peoples private life. It is all about what you can do for them. Nothing but a sweatshop.
