      Great Work, Great People, No Life

      Pros

      You will work on the most exiting construction projects in the world. You will learn from the best in the construction industry.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to have a personal life outside of Kiewit ran projects. Time off is hard to come by and reasonable working hours are un-heard of.

      Pros

      Challenging work. It won't be boring. If you are a hard-charger that wants to climb the corporate ladder, you may be recognized.

      Cons

      Endless and meaningless paper pushing. Senior leadership changes directions every week. Expected to work around the clock. They say the right thing in coroprate communication, but then never do what they say.
