      There are a lot of good people at the lower levels. There is a lot of experience to learn from.

      Cons

      You have no idea what direction you are going, or what is in store for you. LIke many others say lots of hours worked with out a thank you. It is expected that you do whatever needs to be done, it is not treated as going above and beyond.

      Challenging, Fast Paced, a lot of experienced employee's to learn from, opportunties for advancement are based on your personal motivation and how quickly you can learn, one of the leading construction firms so many of the projects are high profile extraordinary jobs. Committed to training employee's and minimizing turnover. Employee stock program is one of the best and benefits in general are good.

      Cons

      Very demanding of your personal time which makes it difficult to have that work/life balance that everyone needs. Must be willing to take opportunitites that may uproot your family.
