Pros
Great starting pay, much better than competitors in the industry. You WILL learn a lot in a very short period of time. You will often be given liberty in how you achieve your tasks.
Cons
You will only have enough time off work to spend on one singular hobby and even that time is often very limited. This company is not for folks who have many hobbies. You will run into lots of folks who play office politics and will deny ever participating in verbal agreements. Superiors will often give tasks that go against company policy verbally and will deny involvement if and when those backfire. Many people have swallowed the company propaganda and regurgitate it constantly.
