      Opportunities to grow-Get you to try things that you have never done before in order to expand horizons. Most people are willing to sit back and help you (if they have time since everyone is so busy) Friendly people- Everyone seems to get along. This builds a positive work environment Treated Well- Bosses and other staff were always friendly. Could easily talk to higher ups without any problems. Sense of Accomplishment

      Long hours Saturdays busy, busy, busy- Everyone always has stuff to do. You are never really sitting around doing nothing which in some ways is good, but at other times it gets stressful

      Pros

      Unbelievable benefits like medical, dental, and vision all for an awesome price. I've been here for 6 months and got a midyear raise based on my performance. They value and expect training and ensure learning opportunities. They keep up with current trends and technologies. I just can't say enough good things about working here.

      Cons

      I honestly haven't seen any yet. You feel like you're part of a family (at least working at corporate headquarters, not sure about field personnel).
