Pros
Komatsu Southwest is owned by Komatsu America. Komatsu bought a failing dealership that had lost the trust and business of its customers and the trust and confidence of its employees. KSW has the priority of regaining both. It is a great thing for me to work at a company who "gets" what it takes for me to do my job. I have never been denied a tool, information or the support i need to do my job. There is also a real feeling of team here that I am proud to be a part of. If you have the opportunity to come to work here take it. It will be a place you will be able to call home.
Cons
There is an uphill battle to show that we are different from the past company. Be prepared to explain that we are new and that things are different and be confident that you are telling the truth and that the management will back you up.
