Pros

Don't do it!!!! There is nothing good about working for these piranhas! They care nothing about you. If upper management gets it in for you then it is over.i have watched them run employees into the ground. I read the reviews from past employees before taking the job and most were bad, I asked the supervisor about this and was told that, "Oh, you know disgruntled employees can be." So, I took the job but I am here to tell you that every negative word you read is true and it is even worse than I could ever have imagined. Do yourself a favor, look for a real job. These people sincerely will harass, belittle, humiliate , and treat you with no respect whatsoever. Communication is non-existent and all they care about is that almighty dollar. You will be expected to do all but go out into the store and run over patients with a grocery cart and then invite them to come to The Little Clinic to be treated for their injuries. Don't expect management to ever have your back because they won't . You do get an employee discount on certain items but trust me the prices are so high it doesn't matter. You are getting ripped off. The great news is, every day does finally end! It may be just before you slit your wrist though!

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked! I loved the patients, they were awesome and I had a couple of pct's that were really good but ALL management is horrible. They are unprofessional, mean-spirited, uncouth, just to name a few. Should you decide to work there record everything that happens from day 1. Keep ALL emails , record your daily visit logs, keep a record of you time card. Be prepared to fight every day of your life. This, back to my original advice. DON'T DO IT !!!!!!

Pros

You don't work 5 days a week but they are so short staffed that scheduling harasses you on your days off to come in and work.

Cons

They have you on as a 10.5 hours shift but as many patients can sign in up to closing which means you never know when you get off work. It could be 7:30pm or 9pm, you just never know. They tell you in the interview that you have a Medical Assistant (or PCT) all the time but you don't. Which means you have to answer the phone which rings nonstop, check in people, put in their insurance, take payment, actually see the patient, clean the room afterwards, chart on them, and in the mean time call patients back about their labs, or fill out tedious long paperwork to order labs. Its like a one person family practice.
