Pros

Work remotely from home. The training program was very resourceful. Great pay, the help desk was very helpful. As a fulltime you are guaranteed 40 hours a week.

Cons

not very good medical benefits. PTO is quite annoying to request sometimes, if you take off for a while, you have to submit requesting for every single day separately. The schedule is not very good, you have to work on Pacific time doesn't matter what time zone you are in which is quite annoying sometimes.

They are sometimes somewhat flexible...

Cons

The work is underpaid, lunch break is not paid, it'o not only that thoy pay low, the job is hard and you barely get any rest.
