      Pros

      Flexible, decent salary, work from home, and it's over the phone instead of the computer, so poor internet speed isn't a problem.

      Cons

      Poor IT department, they will try to stiff you if you're terminated, and utility payments are insufficient.

      Great place to learn, awful place to work.

      Pros

      They are a well established company with resources enough for employees to learn a lot of things.

      Cons

      The hiring process is really strict, and when one finishes said process the real torture begins, they pay too little for what they receive, a bilingual interpreter that they assign a 30-min lunch break, who does not receive any type of severance when laid off.
