Large corporation so you are just a number If you want to move ahead you need to be a "Yes" person, they aren't interested in people who buck the status quo.

Okay salary, pretty flexible, no real top down pressure. Pretty secure jobs. Good work life balance.

Cons

Salary has not kept up with inflation in general for a number of years. If you do a great job you get a nice pat on the back but annual salary increases no longer reflect what you do. You can work hard all year or be lazy all year and the salary increase would be the same. General moral at UK airports has declined considerably over the last few years which is very disappointing. Career progression for UK based staff difficult to almost non existent anymore so keep that in mind.
