      Pros

      They promote from within whenever possible. The pay and benefits are above average for the area. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and you're encouraged to do so.

      Cons

      Some systems are a little antiquated and could use updating. There are a lot of middle management layers that appear to exist with little justification.
