      -Work and life balance is good -Easy job -company pays for the Extended Health Insurance 100%

      Cons

      -Growth and development -Low salary increase -Management in production does not like production people to participate in company activities -They don’t care about stabilizing manpower especially if you are an assembler and high turnover rate. -Bonus depends on overall MKS performance so if one country did not perform well then bonus get screwed.

      lots of micro management

      Decent pay and good benefits. some teams seemed to have very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Prepare to be heavily micro-managed. Some managers are breathing down your neck constantly. Completely stuck in the past managing people like its 1995. You are expected to just run around asking senior engineers questions to learn anything.
