Cons

Some Engineers have been there too long and take advantage of the techs, which has made them slightly complacent and not up to date in the field. Some cannot communicate effectively or work SolidWorks.

Extremely friendly and helpful workforce. Diverse products. WFH 2 days a week. Competitive compensation and benefit package.

Cons

Lacked a training program, especially having to work with multiple ERP’s. Manager was at another location, which is not a problem, except there was little communication.

The communication such as policy, notification, process is quite late and not be conducted efficiently. Many gray areas for the tasks. Complicated organization.
