      Micromanagement to the nth degree by completely incompetent management team. People are promoted into positions based on tenure rather than skills. Managed like a company that is still operating in the 70's.

      Not many, Mid Management was good to work with.

      Uper management was really bad in Rochester, Micro Managed everyone. No direction, no decision making capability can only give negative feed back
