      Pros

      "Value the difference" is one of the central mantras here and this is certainly more so than any other company I have worked for in the past. I truly feel appreciated as a specialist in my area and am happy that we have relatively flat hierarchies. Change management is normal in a hyper-growth phase and I see this as a huge opportunity.

      Cons

      If you want fixed processes and no surprises, this may be a challenging place. We are certainly on the way but not there yet. Due to heavy investment in tightening this up, I see this as a huge opportunity to help shape a high-tech leader!
