      Interesting Job, it was OK although not as gratifying as other jobs.

      Pros

      Steady work hours. Routine work, once you get familiar with the various types of jobs that you are expected to do.

      Cons

      Working at the pace of others. Not getting permanent until a whole year has gone by. Not being able to access the learning program they offer until you have become a regular - "Permanent".

      Has usual big company knocks. Lots of policies and meetings. Hours not flexible.

      Pros

      Very friendly staff, a great deal of long term employees, stable business, outstanding leadership team. I appreciated the on site cafeteria- made things a little easier, especially during the winter months.

      Cons

      I didn't experience any "cons". I felt it was a great place to work and I really enjoyed my time there.
