Interesting technology. Some very good colleagues.

Cons

Mid and upper management on site was terrible. Misused talent. Micromanagement rampant among managers who all seemed to be afraid of their line managers.

Good Company to Learn At

Very good people. A lot of longtime employees who want to push forward and develop. Very good work/life balance, and hybrid schedules for a lot of white collar employees. A great place to learn the roles and start a career.

Cons

Company is lacking major business systems that allow roles to be completed successfully.
