With regards to compensation, we regularly participate in market benchmarking activities to make sure we pay competitively and to ensure that we have data that supports this. It’s true that during the Pandemic our team outings and opportunities to socialise in person were curtailed, but for very good reason. Now we are fully embracing our Future of Work and hybrid style of employment, you will see far more opportunity for in person fun.
