      - Great work culture, smart people - Interesting problems to solve - Lots of opportunity for professional growth, both technically and in leadership - Flexibility with regard to work location (home vs office)

      Cons

      - Partner teams may be located in another time zone with little-to-no overlapping work hours - Adopting new technologies sometimes feels slow and challenging
