(true)RiskMetrics people is probably the biggest reason you would work for RiskMetrics. You will learn a lot from lots of smart people who are willing to share what they know.

Cons

There is no pre-defined career path at RiskMetrics actually means that (for most employees) there is no career path. Pay is not high compared to what an employee has to offer.
