Toxic Management

Business Outlook

Pros

Good resources. Compensation and bonuses are moderate. Learning curve is good if you are allocated good projects but work tends to get repetitive at time and hence with time it will get flat

Cons

Extremely poor management. Politics and blame game is played over mistakes/f**k ups which are inherently caused by poor management. Work life balance takes a toll. HR support is not good, so you can't even make a complaint or work on any resolution. Hence, the vicious circle of toxicity continues Team- Index Research (New Product Development)

Pros

Hybrid - work arrangement depends on team; diverse & inclusive culture, semi-flexi schedule (depends on role, coverage and/or team), birthday leave (depends on location), medical/dental allowance, and a lot more. You have to put in work/effort, dedication, and you should be a self-starter and self-motivator. Promotion is earned - you'll be really proud of yourself for making it

Cons

Long work hours, constant reorganization, trainings especially for in demand skills are not provided even if your role requires it (sometimes a slot is available but you'll be surprised it is given to someone who does not even use it and need it in the near term - please learn how to prioritize), short-staffed
