      The Company is of no use. So there is no Pros in this company.

      Cons

      The most pathetic organiztion you would come across where they would prefer to destroy the careers of their employees rather than building it. Never join this company. Super laid back approach.

      We respect the views of past and current employees whether positive or negative. Our overall employee engagement scores are good and improving and most people working at MSCI are happy to be here and highly engaged. Something obviously occurred with this person to cause such unhappiness and the total lack of balance since as we know people and organizations all have positives and negatives. We can only hope this person finds contentment with their next company.

      Pros

      MSCI was a great company to work for. Over my 10 years here, MSCI gave me several opportunities that fuelled my passion and potential. Careers develop at MSCI as long as one is a strong contributor and flexible. MSCI is also placing a huge emphasis on employee engagement and career development which will only make it an even better place to work in future.

      Cons

      If one is driven and ambitious then working hard comes with the territory. Some may find work life balance a cons, for me I was able to manage the balance based on my own personal priorities.

      Pros

      Great possibilities to build and achieve individual and corporate goals in a super-active environment. Fast pace projects with professional coworkers and available tools.

      Cons

      There are rooms for improvement, as everywhere, some of which would make sense to fix immediately, however due to other priorities not all addressed and as such carried over and over making day to day life at the firm more challenging that it should be.
