They provide the best health insurance, food vouchers at the maximum cost. Almost fully covered sports card. Free lunches at the office

Cons

Management sucks. HR isn’t competent enough. No career path or it’s given to the people who are licking some senior management ***.

- all weather franchise, so a relatively stable company

Cons

- heavily depends on technology, but lack of motivation to do it right (because good enough is good enough cheap) - put unnecessary stress and frustration on people which is contra productive many times - easy to loose your motivation if your manager is only a 'proxy'
