- Management is supportive - Average 9/10% increment every year easily. - WFH is quite flexible. - Way too many perks - Healthy environment overall - Good bonus every year - Flexible timings - Result oriented leadership, no micromanagement

Cons

- Random Firings happen in silos - usual hike every year once you join, can't get a big jump in salary even through promotions.

OK salaries, remote work options, great immediate colleagues.

Cons

Your location determines a lot of your career prospects. Based in NY or London, you'll be just fine. Elsewhere, especially Central Europe, Central America or Southeast Asia, you will always remain a 2nd class citizen. The entire company is way too hung up on job titles. You are not taken seriously until you get to VP level.
