      - Good co-workers - Solid brand / although not as consistent across all service lines - Good work from home / office split - Continued growth despite tricky market conditions - Solid client base

      Cons

      - Very poor back office management - Nepotism is apparent - Too many chiefs and not enough Indians - Lack of collaboration between different area's of the business - Product development is concerning
