Pros

Company provides good salary and benefits. Health Insurance is free for individual but will need to pay from your pocket to cover your parents or in-laws Provided extra money for WFH setup during covid.

Cons

There is extreme workload in some projects like Index Engineering. People really need to log long hours like 10+ hrs on daily basis.
