      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for growth and transfer in different office locations worldwide, flexible schedule, great environment and culture

      Cons

      They don't pay much bonus and compensation approach does not favor loyalty as there are no significant salary bumps for promotion

      Global experience. Opportunity to develop your skills, abilities and knowledge. Great work environment. Great benefits (based on Mexican labor market)

      Needs to work more on developing a clearer career path, especially for those employees working outside the U.S.
