Pros

MSCI as a company has great and employee friendly policies. Good co-workers and stakeholders. Pay higher than market and great exposure.

Cons

RFP team seems like a third party team where none of the MSCI policies apply except to the manager and uses them against the rest. No transparency and recognition but high level of humiliation.

Pros

Only good thing about it is once upon a time it was part of a good company Morgan Stanley Now all the good people have left and comapny is left with mediocre people where the manager believes there main part is playing politics

Cons

Yeah and the mumbai HR team is a bunch of pathetic ,very arrogant ,useless team. They are now just breaking on all the good code that was written by good employees of morgan stanley who have now left the company , i have also seen pople being fired at will with no respect of the employee. Zero Job security
