      Pros

      Very advanced company with a great environment, you can learn a lot while working for MSCI. The colleagues from other countries are very effective & precise, the legal department & management team were always helpful and supporting in a professional way. The career opportunities, benefits, culture part are very outstanding.

      Cons

      Inflexible working hours, extremely intense working hours even if in the 8 hours, it can feel like 10-11, especially while quarter closing
