      Pros

      Good Salaries, Lots of Work, If you are always an individual contributor this is the company for you. Lots of Technical work. In MSCI Work never finishes.

      Cons

      Everyone works in silos, Weak Management. Less team contribution. You have to be expert in your work otherwise you cannot survive in MSCI. Ideas are welcome but possibly not be implemented.
