Pros

Flexible working hours Good work-life balance No Blame Culture and smart colleagues

Cons

Salary is too low compared to what you can find elsewhere Not an international environment as there are very few expats in the office who typically don't stay for long. Hungarian speaking cliques is one of the reasons. HR doesn't seem to care about this problem among others to be honest. I agree with another review claiming that HR is unprofessional.

Pros

Lot of learning opportunities. Very busy environment which means you will always have something to work on.

Cons

Oracle team's environment is toxic. Despite the amount of work we have, they still find time for gossiping. Team is extremely under sized, but just for the sake of maintaining their dependency senior folks in the team are not willing to add more members to the team even when the management is ready to do so. Senior folks work for more than 12hrs a day and even on weekends and yet not ready to add more members to team. There is no knowledge sharing between team members. If you join as a new member, expect to learn each and everything by yourself. Senior members will just be waiting for you to commit one mistake just so that they can show they are better than anyone else in the team.

Pros

They offer good starting salary, but no growth from there on.

Cons

Growth does not depend on performance, but only way to step up the ladder is politics, which is systemized by EDs. Hence not a firm where you can think of staying committed for long term. They are stuck in catch-22, politics is there because no innovation is happening (age old regression modelling), innovation is not happening because it is not rewarded (as much as sucking up to EDs)
