      Motivating Inspiring Team Focused Employee Perks Focus is on the continued improvement and customer satisfaction.. Looking to the future of automation and bringing people up from with in the company. Lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      At times there are long days, thats expected, not much of a con. It comes with the job. Meeting rooms are spread out like a college campus. The focus on zero defects and what that means should be clearly understood by all and simplified for an operator to understand.

      Cons

      Supervisors allow their Team Coordinators to show favortism and threaten employees on being wrote up if they question them on their reasons for forcing overtime on only specific employees.
