      Pros

      Friendly people. Decent benefits. Pay seems reasonable.

      Cons

      Lot's of people are overworked. Everything is a "fire" and there isn't a lot of true direction on projects due to engineers that have no management experience being promoted to management. The few bad apples are hard to get rid of. The company touts "Respect for People" however, the President is the worst offender. Hard to find it more than a joke.

      Lack of fairness (despite Magna charter) poor choices for middle management(friends not qualifications. Poor communication. Different rules for different people. And the list goes on and on!
