      Good pay and health benefits

      Cons

      A lot of backstabbing and fake people. They will tell you everything is ok but terminate you first chance they get. Company says they are world class but the only thing they are world class at is non existent training. When asked for training they will say yeah we will get on that and it never happens but then ask you why you didn’t know something.

      Everything else. No work life balance. Micro Management. Lack of systems. Unprofessional behavior is encouraged. Lack of support from corporate team.

      Worst company ever worked for

      People are nice on a personal level

      Cons

      It's a company that has grown by acquiring numerous small plants. Management runs away from anything that has to do with employee development. No training, lots of discrimination, a lot of loss due to mismanagement, wrong decisions in taking new businesses, departments fight against each other rather than cooperating, and many more... In a nutshell, human being and logic are less valued than tools, equipment, and any other non-living assets.
