      Good company but lot of work

      Pros

      Facilities are good for the Employees. A lot to learn. Growing company.

      Cons

      The location is outside. The huge workload on the engineers. No onsite for software developers. Upper layered technical managers have poor leadership skills (Few exceptions are there).

      - Learn how the automotive industry works in a fast paced environment. - Great team (depending what department you work for...)

      Cons

      - Company underpays employees - Lack of organization - Priorities seem to be different depending who you speak to (everyone has their own agenda and your other tasks don't matter to them) - Lack of listening to recommendations, when you are the professional doing the job and are just trying to give feedback in the companies best interest - No employee appreciation it seems as if their employees are the last of their priorities - Everything is ALWAYS urgent.
