      Pros

      Some opportunity to get an understanding of manufacturing, quality, purchasing and bidding on programs. If you get fired from one division, you might get to go to another.

      Cons

      Chaotic environment, no direction from Management, unreal turnover of salary staff. No retention plan, no development of employees. Quick to sacrifice to appease customers.

      Good Pay. The best thing about Magna is that the hire from within. I knew a girl who started as a production technician making $14 and a year later she was a supervisor making a salary.

      No air conditioning Sexual harrassment Forced overtime Favoritism high turnover.
