      Bottom line focused company across all business units. Decentralized philosophy. Great benefits , including profit sharing.

      Cons

      No promotion structure in place for sales and engineering. No mechanism in place for measuring success. Constantly feel like your head is on the chopping block.

      Engineering department was dynamic with a "very" capable Manager.

      Cons

      No place for anybody not ready to give 150% continually. It is a Non-Stop environment with a well exercized "revolving door".
