- Nice people, no one is breathing down your neck - Your ideas are heard, team will usually accept your idea and are willing to give you time to try out things (can't say for every team)

Cons

- Limited growth opportunity - Not enough in-person collaborative environment, collaboration focused on Teams more in my personal experience
