Be prepared to be OVERWORKED!

Pros

Warehouse environment in automotives. Good hourly wage and paid weekly. Decent benefits.

Cons

Supervisors needs additional training, very lacking on doing the right things and being fair with everyone. Company overworks you with a 6-7 days schedule every week. Pay need to be increased to match the work schedule. Hard to take time off from work to take care of outside needs. Unfair career advancement opportunities.
