Many different programs and processes you get exposed to at Co-Ex-tec. Name of the company on your resume and benefits. If you are hard-working, this company is not for you.

Cons

Co-Ex-tec Full of discrimination, politics and toxic work environment to make you do unethical work. Micromanagement and zero encouragement to learn something new. Overwhelming work environment, unrealistic task deadlines and pressure. No overtime pay if you work extra hours which you would have to, to complete your assigned tasks. If you know how to play blame games and put someone else in trouble, consider this company as your growth.
