Not alot of good things left to say.

Cons

The work environment at Magna has deteriorated significantly since COVID. The office environment is almost toxic. Management doesn't care about it's employees. The people leaving Magna is daily. Not too many happy employees left.

Pay raises are transparent and on a yearly schedule. Job is not too physically demanding.

Cons

Some old equipment, crappy mgmt, hot and humid environments, forced overtime
