      Pros

      The PTO is pretty good.

      Cons

      The biggest problem is the inconsistency. Some people get away with doing very little work while others are expected to pick up their slack. It seems the only way to move up is if you become a favorite in the department. It appears they truly do not care about concerns that employees have as concerns never seem to be addressed.

      Pros

      Some people are actually lovely. There are some good career opportunities and you probably could climb the ranks, which is what I think keeps some of these intelligent, kind people stuck there. Hours are good too.

      Cons

      Some managers were actually bad people, the atmosphere was an unhappy one as a result. Handling of sensitive claims was at times disgraceful. Absolutely terribly organised and it is the customers who are suffering. Workers have to deal with these upset customers but don't have the power to resolve their issues due to the disorganisation.
