      Some good people to work with. Central city office.

      Cons

      No direction from head management, a lot of middle managers have no idea. Lot of favouritism makes the environment toxic

      Pros

      Great location, new office. Ok working hours. Standard pay.

      Cons

      Poor management, favouritism, no route for progression unless you are the managers favourite. Toxic environment allot of gossip and passive aggressive behaviour. No sick pay. High staff turnover with no exit meetings to discuss reasoning.

      The people are wonderful The projects are diverse The salary is competitive

      Cons

      Can be frustrating dealing with head office who are slow to move and very traditional. Can be overruled very easily by management who don't necessarily know the ins and outs of things.
