Pros
Very flexible on schedules, very forgiving, family environment, everyone is exceptionally nice, loved working here. Once you get in, you're in for the long term. Great benefits including discounts on phone providers, centralized online HR makes it easier to manage benefits, the Company offers a lot of help, including tuition reimbursement, etc. They really care about what their employees think. Managers have the incentive to keep their employees happy as the management gets reviewed on a yearly basis by employees worldwide.
Cons
Low salary compared to other places in the area, In the recent years, the Company had become less forgiving due to the recession. It used to be that no one would ever get fired, now they were more strict. The hotel is small so not a lot of room for advancement.
