-Flexible working hours -Discount on meals -Fair paid -Employees were very enjoyable to work with -Managers who treated you as team member made your day

Cons

-High employees turnover rate -Over-workload, eg: crew had to handle more than one duties -Promotion was based on relationship with managers instead of performance or experiences -Managers who behaved like timing bomb, yelled and scolded crew members was a nightmare for the crews
