Pros

Team work is key. Plan to Win is a great strategic document where everyone is focused. People are friendly. Take pride in the fact that McD's wants to do what is right.

Cons

Salary and benefits are just average. Workload can be tough. Restaurants are open 24 / 7 so issues can happen at any time. McD's is a target for all issues.
