Pros

Nice people. Free food and drinks.

Cons

Very high workload and stressful environment. Support team is always under pressure to keep customer satisfied (even if customer's requests are technically invalid) so sales team can make more money!

Pros

The actual work and problems being solved are interesting. There is a flexible work from home policy in place that allows people to take time out when needed.

Cons

Lots of random unforeseen (and somewhat idiotic) changes coming down from Senior Leadership recently. Some of the decisions seem unexpected and bizarre. When questioned about it, they give generic answers that avoid answering the question at hand. The decisions also seem to have not involved our input at all and trust/morale among engineers is quite low, with many people openly considering to leave the company.

Compensation, lack of skilled management, lack of direction by management, no actual thought is put into anything but rather fly by the seat of their pants

Cons

Flexible schedules, free food, ability to buy Cisco stock at a discount, tied to Cisco and their resources
