      Pros

      You can always get free lunch , drinks and snacks. Fun events in office few times per year.

      Cons

      Support team is known to be the least appreciated team at Meraki. But unfortunately no action has been taken to recognize support team’s hard work. All Support engineers have to work at least 9-10 hours everyday to finish up their work. On top of that, support is expected to be available 24/7/365 and you’ll be scheduled to work at weekends and holidays. No opportunities to excel your career.

      Pros

      Some smart coworkers (some arrogant). Management isn't that bad. Free snacks. Definitely would not recommend if you can find somewhere else, but not terrible.

      Cons

      If you want to work at an exciting start-up where you can make a real impact and reap the benefits... this is not it anymore. If you want to work at a top tech company where your work will reach the most people... this is (clearly) not it.

      great work life balance, job is relatively low stress

      Cons

      we are very underpaid compared to market some teams are highly over goaled no support with lead time issues this past year won't get paid until hardware ships so none of us are making our commission we are deserved!
